Welcome to the website of The Dawn Chorus, Brighton and Shoreham’s morning community choirs. We meet in Prestonville, near Seven Dials, on Friday mornings and in Shoreham-by-Sea on Thursday mornings.

Come and be uplifted by the joy of harmony singing in an informal, friendly and fun group where the emphasis is on singing for pleasure.

Whether folky or funky, frivolous or serious, all songs are taught in a warm and encouraging atmosphere. They are from a broad selection of musical traditions from all around the world.

All you need to bring is your voice and the desire to sing. Everyone is welcome – confident, tentative and ‘non’ singers alike. No note-reading, no auditions!
